CANCELLATION POLICY

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. If card details are not submitted within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your card is stored securely and will not be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the total appointment value (minimum $50), applied to the card on file. No-shows are subject to the same fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please contact us by phone, text, or email. Cancellation requests via social media DM cannot be guaranteed.

Arriving Late

If you are late for your appointment, your service will be completed with the remaining time left, and the full payment is still due at check out. If you have missed the majority of your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, & the cancellation fee will apply.
