Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hrs notice for any appointment changes

  • Less than 48 hrs notice, cancellation fee is required to be paid prior to rebooking the missed appointment, or before next scheduled visit.

  • Cancellation fee - 20% of treatment value, with a minimum of $50 + HST if the value is less than.

  • If the cancellation policy is not followed more than once, we may require a credit card on file, that will be used to charge the cancellation fee if needed

Arrives Late

We will allow a grace period of 15 mins. After 15 mins we will call the client to see where they are. We will do our best to get the treatment done in the remaining time, however we must remind the clients that we can only get done what we can in the time remaining.

If the client is more than 15-20 mins late and has not been in contact with us, or has missed majority of their appointment time it will be counted as a no show and our cancellation policy will take effect.

Laser Hair Removal Payments & Packages

  • Pay as you go BUNDLED rates are designed to still give savings when the areas are paid in a bundle. The bundle consists of ONE treatment per area, with the exception of face area, only IF it is included at no charge. Once each area in the bundle has been completed, then the pay as you go bundled rate will be charged again at the next booking which will start a new cycle. In some cases the areas may over lap meaning one area may be treated more than once in the same cycle depending on treatment intervals and scheduling conflicts. In this case we can isolate this area and charge the value quoted only. Always confirm with Melissa first

  • Package of 8 Full Payment: Paid in full at the time of the first visit with 15% off

  • Package of 8 Split Payment: 2 equal payments with a 10% discount. First payment is due at the time of the first visit. Second payment is due at the second visit, or in 60 days (which ever comes first)

  • Package of 8 Monthly Plan: 6 Equal monthly payments with a 5% discount. A credit card must be given for pre-authorized payments

Shaving Fees

A minimum $25 shaving fee will be applied if the area is not shaved entirely. We will touch up missed hairs, but we are not responsible for shaving the area from scratch or if majority of the hair is still present. If there are multiple areas not shaved, we may increase the cost of the shaving fee, or the appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
